ORIGIN STORY

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

Evaluation

Become involved in a project as early as possible to gain as much insight into the background of the project. Gain insight into the clients brief and the conceptual development of the project.

Costing

Cost the design development options as they develop and to provide feedback to the design team as early as possible and to inform design decisions for a financial perspective.

Constant monitoring

Remain close to the design process and hence to always provide feedback on decisions in this area.

Quality of Service

On all projects a partner of the practice oversees the project, with a Quantity Surveyor being specifically allocated to the project along with the necessary support staff.

Quality Assurance

At all stages of the project documentation is continually cross checked so as to ensure quality.
